Ikon wuta na yau da kullun (Average Power) ba ya nuna dukkanin wahalar da jiki ya sha. Misali, tura watts 250 a fili ya banbanta da tura kashi 150 sannan ka cilla zuwa 400 don kace watts 250.

Ma'aunin IF (Intensity Factor)

IF yana nuna nawa kuka yi gudu dangane da ikon ku na FTP. Idan IF dinku ya kai 1.0, kuna gudu ne a iyakar ikon ku.

W'bal: Batirin Ikon Ka

Anan ne zaka ga nawa sauran "ikon kwatsam" kake da shi kafin ka gaji (blown up). Idan kayi gudu sama da CP, batirin zai fara karewa. Idan ka rage gudu, zai fara cika.
