1. Training Stress Score (TSS)

Lissafi (Formula):

TSS = (duration_seconds × NP × IF) / (FTP × 3600) × 100
inda IF = NP / FTP

Misali:

Yanayi: Hawan sa'a 2, NP = 235W, FTP = 250W

  1. Kirga IF: IF = 235 / 250 = 0.94
  2. Lokaci a seconds: 2 hours × 3600 = 7200 seconds
  3. TSS = (7200 × 235 × 0.94) / (250 × 3600) × 100 = 176.7 TSS

2. Normalized Power (NP)

NP yana wakiltar "tsadar" jiki na hawan keke. Hawan da ke da yawan "surge" (ƙaruwar iko farat ɗaya) yana raba NP da matsakaicin iko (Average Power).

NP = ⁴√(average of [30s_avg^4])

3. Intensity Factor (IF) da VI

IF = NP / FTP: Yana nuna ƙarfin hawan ku dangane da matakin lafiyar ku.

VI = NP / Average Power: Yana nuna yadda hawan ku yake da canji (variability).

4. Power-to-Weight Ratio

W/kg = Iko (watts) / Nauyin Jiki (kg)

Wannan shine ma'auni mafi girma don hawan tuddai. Misali, idan FTP dinku 280W ne kuma nauyin ku 70kg, kuna da 4.0 W/kg.
